She’s Newsworthy Media is a PR agency and marketing company run by a team of former journalists who are passionate about amplifying the voices of women and empowering entrepreneurs. The company is Canada’s go-to resource for women entrepreneurs who want to get massive exposure for their businesses on TV. The company has helped over 70 women entrepreneurs land media spots on the most popular Canadian TV shows including The Social, Cityline, CP24 Breakfast, Global News Morning and Your Morning.

We are on a mission to amplify the voices of thousands of women entrepreneurs across the world. If you don’t have the tools to amplify your own voice, the narrative will never shift.


Our Founder:

Jennifer Singh is a former TV reporter turned entrepreneur, speaker and CEO of She’s Newsworthy Media. Before entrepreneurship, Jennifer worked in the Canadian media industry for over 15 years as a reporter, producer and writer for CTV, CBC, Global and CP24. She has been featured in the Globe and Mail, Wall Street Journal, Global News, CTV News and The Social speaking about entrepreneurship, the challenges of being a woman in business and the need for more inclusive marketing. Jennifer was also featured in a national campaign for International Women’s Day in partnership with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Pink Tartan and was the recipient of the She’s Next grant from Visa and IFundWomen.


Media Coach

Sunita is an editor, TV producer and storyteller from Northern Ireland, with experience in major Canadian media companies, including Penguin Random House, Wattpad, Corus Entertainment, and Breakfast Television. During her time as a student at Toronto Metropolitan University, Sunita was selected for an intensive course at UCLA, led by executives from major media companies such as Netflix, ABC and NBC, which gave her valuable insight into media production on a global scale. At Corus Entertainment, Sunita worked on two leading women's networks, SLICE and W Network, where she discovered her passion for spotlighting female voices. She produced content with female entrepreneurs and famous media personalities. This journey led her to become a Content Producer at Breakfast Television, where she continues to champion diverse and impactful storytelling across the city.


Marketing Coordinator

Sabra Ismath is a writer and journalist based in Toronto. She recently graduated from Centennial College’s journalism program. As a freelancer, she’s written a variety of pieces from local news to features. Her work appears in CBC, The Local, MobileSyrup, The Pigeon and many more various publications.
